Final Submission

For my final submission I wanted to change my table of contents specifically, however with lack  of technology and equipment, plus not being able to go back to school I am unable to make changes. With having the softball season taken away, I was also unable to make new photo shoots and to reshoot certain areas for my final submission of my magazine. I wanted to change some of the pictures around to have more action shots of the team. Along with having Adobe Indesign it was on my school computer which affected my final submission because of all the edits I would brought more attention to the table of contents. With making more edits and more advances to the table of contents. I was basing my table of contents on one of sports illustrates table of contents. With photoshop I would edited more of the pictures I took for the rest of the softball season.With the rest of the softball season I could have taken many pictures from different games and different angles. ...

Critical Reflection question 4

How did You incorporate technology in the process? Throughout the process of making my magazine I used many ways of technology. Starting with tracking my process on these blogs. These  blogs captured the process from start to beginning with uploading every new part of the magazine and everything that went along with it. With the Blog pots, I used a () camera to capture the moment on the softball field I needed for the magazine. While using this camera I used sports mode which took pictures constantly while pressing down the button. These help the the action in while they played games. Also with the camera you could zoom in very clearly and zoom out clearly. This help capture ether the whole team or an individual player. I also used My iPhone XR to interview some players and the coach. The iPhone used the voice memo to ask the questions and get the answers. Critical Reflection question 3

How did you production skills develop throughout the process? Throughout the production of my magazine I feel as if my skills developed a lot throughout the months of preparing my magazine. In the production of the magazine I used many skills to add up to what it is now.  At the beginning of production I used skills with using the Publisher app, with using this app I made a magazine that was not as high tech as it needed to be. Growing with my skills I learned about Adobe Indesign, with Adobe you could make you magazine every high tech in the end. With publisher you could make a regular mediocre magazine. Critical Reflection Question 2

How Will Your product engage with audiences? With audience engagement i used different techniques. My main techniques was using female empowerment, with female empowerment has been rising for the past years I have contracted my magazine around that. With sports illustrated having many of their new magazines starring women it helped my process of of my magazine. With this topic being so big right now I thought it would be perfect to use it as my platform. This will engage the audience by having the female sports players wanting to read it due to how they relate to it more. Critical reflection question 1

How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues? Throughout my magazine I used many different connections such as, the choice of fonts, color, photographs, and photo-editing. This helped me design my magazine in the way I wanted. First off is font, I used this certain font "BLACK OAK STD'' because I liked how it showed off the main words for the cover, it brought the attention I wanted for the readers. I wanted the impression of a well known magazine, such as a professional sports magazine  like Sports Illustrated. I mirrored Sports Illustrated throughout my work because of how professional and respected the magazine is. With the cover page I tried to make up to date adjustments with the title that the reader would be interested in. 3rd QUARTER SUBMISSION

With 3rd quarter submission i put together the new magazine with Adobe Indesgin. This helped me with making the new magazine better and more professional. With changing the the cover page with making the picture solid, instead of it is multiple spots. I feel as if it makes the cover look like a Sports illustrated magazine.  With the two page spread i used three different types of pictures. While using the text box for the Picture i pasted these pictures in the spots to show the objective of the magazine With the table of contents i used the box to collaborate with the magazine i based off of a Sports illustrated table of constents.
